Talent Development

Journey Partners have supported Amryt Pharma from its inception right through to its NASDAQ listing. We provide services including strategy, identification and engaging the senior talent required to facilitate scaling. In five short years, Amryt has grown from two to 180 employees globally, has a turnover of more than $170m, and is a leading name in specialty pharmaceuticals for rare diseases.

Mentorship

Journey Partners commit to spending significant time to mentoring our own portfolio companies, accelerators, innovation hubs, international institutions, and challenges/competitions. Program examples include:
