Viva Air Labs long term goal is to support a vibrant travel and aviation startup ecosystem within Latin America and to solve the ongoing challenges within the sector. The Nest Innovation Hub (SMBC) is the first innovation hub dedicated to the aviation leasing industry in Dublin, Ireland. Journey Partners devised the concept, the program structure and trained the internal leadership team. The Nest is focused on digital transformation and looking to the future of the industry. Journey Partners continue to mentor The Nest and provide network connectors with the wider innovation ecosystem.

eHealth Ireland is the technology arm of the Irish healthcare system (HSE) currently tasked with the digital transformation of the system nationally. Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, identified this transformation as being the biggest digital challenge in Western Europe. Journey Partners served as Innovation Lead focusing on engagement of internal HSE staff and the wider healthcare ecosystem, in implementing innovative digital solutions. We also supported university change agents and startup entrepreneurs in spotlighting their innovations. Activities included delivering innovation challenges, hyper-engagement weeks, public information campaigns, hackathons, pre-accelerators and startup programs.
